Maundy Thursday Circuit Service
On Maundy Thursday evening, church members met with folk from other Circuit churches for a very special meal to commemorate Christ's Last Supper with His disciples, on the eve of His crucifixion.
Rev. Ian led our time together as we reflected on the significance of the Last Supper. We shared Holy Communion together and enjoyed a simple supper of bread and cheese.
The tables were laid out in the shape of a cross which added a very special touch to the occasion.
It was a memorable time.
I wanted to say how much I enjoyed the service that evening. The layout of the tables shaped like a cross was amazing. I very much appreciated the time and effort given to put that service together and preparing the meal. The whole thing overwhelmed me and I couldn't get to sleep on Thursday. So thank you all. Sylvia
